**1. Acceptance of Terms**  
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase. There is a no minimum order. A flat shipping rate of $45 will apply. However, for orders totaling $500 or more, shipping is completely free. This makes it easy to save on shipping costs if you're looking to buy in larger quantities!

**2. Product Description**  
Our frozen rats are sourced in house and from our local amish community, ensured for quality and health standards. We provide a variety of sizes to meet your needs. All products are frozen and packaged to maintain optimal freshness during shipping.

**3. Shipping Policy**  To ensure your order arrives within the same week, please place your request by 3 PM on Monday. All orders submitted by this deadline will be shipped out the following Tuesday, with an expected delivery window of four days. If your order is processed after this time, it will be scheduled for delivery the following week. Please plan accordingly to receive your items promptly!

**4. Packaging**  
All frozen rodents are packed using insulated coolers and dry ice to ensure they arrive frozen. Please handle the packaging carefully upon receipt to avoid damage or exposure.

**5. Returns and Refunds**  
We do not accept returns once the order has been shipped and is in your possession. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us. We're committed to making the process smooth and are here to help!

**6. Customer Responsibilities**  
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper care and storage of the product upon receipt. We are not liable for any issues that arise after the product has been delivered.

**7. Compliance with Local Laws**  
By ordering our products, you confirm that you are compliant with local laws and regulations regarding the possession and use of frozen rodents. It is your responsibility to be aware of these laws.
